I'M A TEACHER

1. I want to register in Oxford Plus

A. If you are an Oxford teacher and are already registered in Oxford Premium, the exclusive website for Oxford teachers, access your teacher's account in Oxford Plus with your Oxford Premium passwords.

  • If you have forgotten your Oxford Premium password, you can request a new one on the Oxford Premium website.
  • If you have forgotten your Oxford Premium username, remember it is the email you provided during the registration process. If you do not remember the email address you entered, please contact our Customer Service for Teachers.

B. If you are an Oxford teacher but are not yet registered in Oxford Premium, there are two ways to register:

  • By filling in the registration form from the Oxford Premium website and entering the Premium Code allocated to your education centre. Once the form has been completed, you will receive email confirmation of your registration.

    If you do not know your centre's Premium Code, please contact our Customer Service for Teachers to request one.

  • Through an exclusive invite, which is an email that includes a personalised link to access the registration form. Once the form has been completed, you will receive email confirmation of your registration.

C. If you do not use Oxford textbooks, you can access a demo account by filling in the registration form on the Oxford Premium website.

2. I can't sign in, why is that?

  • The first time you sign in to the Oxford Plus application, make sure you have an internet connection. You will need to be connected to validate your username with each device you install the application on.
  • If the Oxford Plus application has not been connected to the internet for longer than 60 days, you will have to connect in order to check if there are any updates for the application. If digital content with tracking is being used, the internet connection will enable you to receive your students' results.
  • Please ensure you enter your username (the email address you provided when you registered in Oxford Premium) and password correctly. The system is case sensitive.
  • If you have any other technical difficulties with the use of our products and services, please contact our Customer Service for Teachers.

3. The Oxford Plus application is compatible with the following operating systems:

  • Windows XP or above
  • Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) or above
  • iOS 6.0 or later. Compatible with the iPad.

1. I want to register in Oxford Plus

Access to the Oxford Plus application for students is gained with the same passwords as the Oxford Plus website, the space with all the Oxford University Press digital content for students. Register now in Oxford by filling in the registration form on the Oxford Plus website.

Remember that if you are under 14 years of age, you must have authorisation from your father/mother/legal guardian to register.

2. I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your Oxford Plus password, you can request a new one on the Oxford Plus website. 

3. I've forgotten my username

Remember your username is the email you provided in the registration process.

If you don't remember the email address, bear in mind that if you register again with a different username you will not be able to access the results of the exercises you have already done with your previous username.

1. How do I access my digital content?

As a teacher you will have automatic access to certain digital content, depending on the Oxford materials you use.

Should no digital content whatsoever appear, please ensure you have signed in with your passwords for Oxford Premium, the exclusive website for Oxford teachers.

If you are not registered in Oxford Premium, you can register by filling in the registration form found on the website and entering the Premium Code allocated to your education centre. Once the form has been completed, you will receive email confirmation of your registration.

2. What is an activation code?

An activation code is an alphanumeric series that your students will need to access their digital content. Each code corresponds to specific content, which means your students will need a different code for each type of content they must activate.

3. How do my students access their digital content?

To activate their digital content, your students must sign in to the Oxford Plus website and enter their activation code in the following box, located in the top left corner of the website:

Once they have activated the digital content on their online Oxford Plus account they will be able to gain access, without being connected to the internet, from the Oxford Plus application.

 

Click on the icon found on the top right of the screen to view the activation codes available.

1. How do I access my digital content?

To access your digital content you will need to sign in to the Oxford Plus website. Once you are signed in, enter the corresponding activation code in the following box, which you will find in the top left corner:

Once your digital content is activated in your online Oxford Plus account you will also be able to gain access, without being connected to the internet, from the Oxford Plus application.

 

2. What is an activation code?

An activation code is an alphanumeric series that will enable you to access your digital content. Each code corresponds to specific content, which means you will need a different code for each type of content you wish to activate.

Go forward.

Activation code display screen. Click on this icon to see the activation codes you must give your students in order for them to access their digital content.

For each type of digital content you will see the information below:

  • Expiry date: indicating the date the content will be active until.
  • Activation code: this code will allow students to activate the corresponding digital content. Give this code to your students to enable them to access the said content.
  • Total centre codes: this indicates the amount of activation codes available for the whole centre for determined digital content.
  • Total codes used: this indicates the amount of activation codes already activated for the whole centre and for determined digital content.
  • Total codes available: this indicates the amount of activation codes available for the whole centre and for determined digital content.

When this icon appears in green, it means you are connected to the internet.

When this icon appears in red, it means you are not connected to the internet.

This icon, when it appears in blue, indicates that all activities carried out have been synchronised with the Oxford Plus website and, therefore, have been sent to the tracking module.

This icon, when it appears in red, indicates there are activities carried out that have not been synchronised and, therefore, have not been sent to the tracking module.

As soon as the Oxford Plus application is connected to the internet again, the results of the activities carried out will be sent automatically to the tracking module.

Sign out.

Start the digital content download.

Stop the download. You can stop the download at any time, and when you resume downloading it will continue without the need to start the download from the beginning.

This deletes the digital content from the device, although it will still be available in your user account for you to download again. The activities carried out will remain in your user account while you still have the Oxford Plus application installed on your device.

A content update is available. Click on this icon to start the download.

Access the tracking module. This icon will only be visible for content with tracking.
