In groups make predictions about the
evaporation of water in a covered glass
and an open glass.
2.
Pour equal amounts of water into the two
glasses.
3.
Fix a piece of foil over one of the glasses
and secure it.
4.
Leave the glasses in a warm place such as
near a radiator.
5.
Measure the water’s height each day and
record results on the template.
