Become an inventor
Humanist philosophy in this period led to an
explosion of creativity. Renaissance thinkers were
driven by curiosity and interested in discoveringways
of improving people’s lives. The most representative
figure of this period was the Florentine Leonardo de
Vinci, who was a true polymath. He is considered a
true ‘Renaissance man’: painter, scientist, architect,
philosopher, poet and inventor of unthinkable
objects.
