Make a 3D model
of an ecosystem
Instructions:
1.
Work in a group and choose one of these ecosystems:
prairie or savannah pond woodland coast
2.
Use the Internet and books to nd out about the ecosystem:
Student A: Find out about the non-living things.
Student B: Find out about the plants.
Student C: Find out about the animals.
3.
Collect the information on the template. Draw a picture of one
of the things you found for your ecosystem. Tell your group
what you found out.
4.
Make your 3D model.
5.
Present your model to the class. Each student should describe
the things they found out about.
